Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a confidential, one-on-one partnership between experienced and aspiring leaders and a qualified coach and focuses on work and career-related goals. It is action oriented, looking to current and future performance. The coach keeps the process on track and holds the client responsible to achieve the desired goals.
In most cases the primary aim is to produce or facilitate desired business results, translating into a bigger impact on the top and bottom line or increasing success in delivering key projects.
Our five step process starts with clearly defining the goals and a comprehensive fact finding phase analyzing the current situation. This phase includes interviews with superiors, peers and sometimes subordinates. Benefits of analyzing the current situation include:
- Ensuring that coaching goals are attainable
- Establishing a baseline for performance
- Identifying of blind spots and barriers
- Assessing a person’s communication style, strengths and challenges
Based on this analysis and the set goals, we define targets and measurements, to track progress and to keep the focus on relevant issues. In the execution phase we increase awareness, test thinking and debrief performance. Regular progress reviews complete the program cycle.
