The Growth Coach® – One-on-One Coaching
We provide One-on-One, face-to-face coaching for clients who require additional follow-up and attention.
Most One-on-One clients like the privacy and frequency of these individualized and customized sessions. We help to see the reality of the situations –give an objective perspective- and help them determine their options and potential solutions. Our Coaches will act as a sounding board, a confidant, and a mentor – and they will help our clients to clarify their situation, set goals and go about achieving them.
The process is tailored to each client’s individual needs and can take place once a month, twice monthly or on a weekly basis. We offer hourly rates and monthly retainers. Each session lasts typically two to four hours.
