Dr. Joe Mayer, Co-founder and Managing Partner

Joe, a former CEO and Company President, has 25+ years of experience in managing divisions of publically traded companies with multiple facilities throughout North America. His passion lays in developing teams and their members to achieve breakthrough results. He has an extensive background in turnaround management and leading change and has, as a trainer and coach, championed the implementation of servant leadership and lean manufacturing principles in several companies.

Joe is a national speaker and facilitator. His presentations and workshops at Business Conferences focus on strategic business growth, leadership development, vision and strategic sales and marketing. He is an adjunct Professor at the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, a COSE speaker and editor of the Mindspring Personal and Professional Development network.

Joe has a Masters degree in Engineering and Economics as well as a Ph.D. and is a certified business coach.
