Strategic Planning
A key component of leadership is to inspire and energize the employees and stakeholders with the company’s vision. Without a compelling vision it is impossible to lay out a strategic plan, allowing the leaders of a company to determine the direction, goals, strategies and tactics necessary to implement the vision.
Prior to the planning meeting, we prepare your staff by asking comprehensive questions concerning your business and their views of the business.
We like to start off the planning meeting with a half day workshop for the management team to clarify individual strengths and roles. This helps to clarify communication channels and a more effective way of conveying opinions and finding breakthrough solutions.
During the planning session we introduce your staff to our framework and develop your strategic plan and strategic actions needed to see the plan become reality. Our coaching includes bringing fresh ideas and needed objectivity to the process and added value.
